From vendor communication and timeline creation to day-of setup, clean up, and coordination, we work behind the scenes to ensure everything flows smoothly and beautifully. Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, our goal is to create an experience that feels organized, effortless, and enjoyable for you from beginning to end.


Package Offerings

Day of Coordination - $2,895

Ideal for couples who have fully planned their wedding, but want a professional team to carry out the details and manage the wedding day itself.‍ ‍Includes:

  • Coordination meeting and questionnaire

  • Review of vendor details and timeline

  • Unlimited email support in the final 2 weeks before your wedding

  • Ceremony rehearsal attendance (up to 2 hours)

  • One Lead Coordinator + Assistant Coordinator (up to 12 hours coverage) on your wedding day

Wedding Day Execution Includes:

  • Full oversight and execution of wedding day timeline and flow

  • Pick up and delivery of food for the bridal party on the wedding morning

  • Vendor arrival coordination, communication, tip distribution, and on-site direction

  • Setup and styling of ceremony and reception spaces according to your vision

  • Placement of decor, signage, florals, favors, place cards, and other items

  • Attentive support of wedding party and family throughout the day

  • Coordination of ceremony processional, reception entrance, photos, and key moments

  • Safe handling and coordination of all ceremony essentials, including marriage license and rings, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate individuals at the appropriate time

  • Collection, organization, and safekeeping of gifts, cards, and personal belongings

  • End-of-night breakdown, cleanup. and packing of personal items and decor

  • Careful transport of personal items and decor to your chosen destination

  • Attentive on-site support throughout your event, ensuring every detail is seamlessly managed in real time

  • Professional emergency kit on-site for all events, prepared with essential items for any unexpected needs


Wedding Coordination - $3,495

Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding, but would like a professional coordinator to step in during the final 3 months leading up to their celebration to take the stress off their plate, finalize every detail, and ensure everything is seamlessly brought together.‍ ‍Includes:

  • Coordination meeting and questionnaire three months prior to wedding day

  • Review of all vendor contracts, details, and logistics, while serving as your primary point of contact for vendors during the final three months leading up to your wedding day.

  • Creation, ongoing refinement, and distribution of your complete wedding day timeline

  • Unlimited email and text support during the final three months leading up to your wedding

  • Vendor communication and attendance at vendor meetings to confirm and finalize all details

  • Coordination and reminders for final payments, vendor arrival times, venue and vendor logistics, and final to-do items for the couple

  • Attendance at final venue walkthrough (if applicable)

  • Guidance on wedding etiquette, timing, and day-of structure

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination and attendance (up to 2 hours)

Ideal for meaningful celebrations such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, engagement parties, retirement celebrations, graduation parties, and other special events, this collection includes professional coordination & planning support leading up to your event to take the stress off your plate, develop the details, and ensure everything comes together seamlessly. From early planning guidance and cohesive design ideas to day-of execution, we help bring your vision to life in a thoughtful, organized, and beautifully seamless way.

Planning + Design Support

  • Initial planning consultation and questionnaire to gather vision, details, and event goals

  • Design meeting to present curated ideas for decor, favors, games, activities, food, and more, aligned with your theme and color palette

  • Development of a fully curated event plan, including decor, activities, design, and timeline

  • Guidance on event etiquette, planning decisions, and vendor recommendations

  • Vendor research support (if needed) to help bring your vision together

  • Optional purchasing, creation, and assembly of decor, signage, stationery, favors, and other custom event elements. (Note: Clients will be invoiced separately for any supplies or materials purchased. Assembly and transportation of all items is included.)

  • Coordination and communication with vendors and venue throughout the planning process

  • Coordination and reminders for final payments, vendor arrival times, venue and vendor logistics, and final to-do items

  • Attendance at venue meetings and delivery of event items prior to your celebration (if applicable)

Event Coordination + Execution

  • End-of-event breakdown, cleanup, and repacking of all event items
